Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional intensity. Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a cutting-edge, brain-based therapy that helps individuals access and process deeply stored trauma and emotional distress. Unlike traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting focuses on identifying “brainspots”—specific eye positions linked to unresolved experiences—allowing the brain to process and release stored trauma on a neurological level. In a typical session, I'll guide you to a brainspot while using focused attention and sometimes bilateral stimulation to deepen the healing process. This approach is particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, and performance blocks, often leading to profound emotional breakthroughs.
