In practice, I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). While these approaches successfully address and improve mental health for many, some who have tried talk therapy like CBT and DBT in the past still feel stuck. In these events, we can work to explore other treatment options such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Brainspotting to move forward in new ways. Together, we will work towards figuring out which approach(es) align with your goals to find a healthier, happier you.
